You know instinctively how it feels to be disconnected and powerless – powerless to change your health, your relationships, or your finances – powerless to change your own life!

• You feel it when you skip meals, put off workouts and push yourself past exhaustion. You are disconnected from your body – from the signals for healthy rest, nutrition and healing. You are powerless against your own drive to succeed, or need to take care of others and so you push on and you suffer with headaches, trouble sleeping or low energy.

• You feel it when you snap at people and then wish you hadn’t been so tough with them. You are disconnected from your heart – the loving emotions inside you. You are powerless against your own selfishness and so you hold a kernel of resentment or upset that flares into anger for the slightest reasons and then you suffer with depression or indigestion.

• You feel it when you slam another charge on your credit card, then panic because you know you can’t afford it. But you push the panic away by telling yourself a story – “I actually need this. My husband, my friend, or my child will love it. It’s an investment that I need to make.” You are disconnected from your mind – and a healthy respect for your finances and so avoid looking at your bank account or opening your credit card bills, then you suffer with anxiety or insomnia.

• You feel it when you ignore the small, faint voice of your conscience, your intuition and then find yourself in a bad situation or with the wrong person. You are disconnected from your spirit – the beam of light that is showing you the way home and so you stumble from bitter fight into silence with your loved ones or find yourself in another dead-end relationship and suffer with feelings of being lost, being heart-sick and powerless.

And then, in all these moments of disconnection, you become anxious, worried and upset at yourself. Your stress level goes up, as you say to yourself, “I can’t turn off my mind to rest, I can’t control my temper. I can’t stop over-eating. I can’t stop over-spending. I don’t know why my love-life isn’t working.” You say these things to yourself in secret, where no one else can hear and they are taken to heart before you even know you are saying them.

Every time you say them, you are disconnecting yourself further from from your mind, your body, your spirit. You are disconnecting from the wholeness of your life.

Now, there is a clear path back to wholeness for you. Now, there are guides who will make this journey of re-connection as easy as walking through a door. I know this is the truth because I am walking this path and I continue to improve all these areas of my life.

I am an adrenaline addict. I burned the candle at both ends, for years. Then one day, there was no more candle left to burn. My adrenal glands were exhausted and my health collapsed. And I do mean collapsed. For a time, in the darkest days, when I awoke my sheets were covered with blood and I couldn’t even get out of bed without help. Secretly, my husband Jim had started putting my affairs in order, he didn’t think I was going to make it. I finally had to surrender. I asked for God’s help to heal myself. It was the beginning of this profound journey that I am about to share with you.

I have learned what true health and wholeness is and where it comes from. A truly healthy life comes from embracing wholeness – recognizing that we are not made up of parts, we are spirit, body and mind working together as one. When we connect to Source Energy – the energy that is at the center of all life – the energy of Mother Earth, and the energy of gifted healers, we have healing breakthroughs in every area of our lives.
